TAMRON USA, INC. RECEIVES PSA STAR AWARD

PSA Vendor Achievement Awards Recognize Vendors that Provide the PSA Organization with the Best Service and Quality Products

PSA 2005 Conference & Systems Integration Expo, Orlando, FL, March 11, 2005 —The PSA organization presented Tamron USA, Inc. with the prestigious Star award during PSA's Vendor Appreciation Awards Banquet held on Friday, March 11, 2005, in Orlando. Top-rated vendors providing the PSA organization with the best service and products are honored by PSA each year.

The Vendor Achievement Awards Program (VAAP) was designed by PSA to recognize suppliers that provide PSA members with outstanding customer service and the highest quality products as well as to encourage vendors to improve their service to PSA and its member companies. Both PSA members and staff rate vendors in seven areas of performance including technical support, price, responsiveness, shipping, returns, rep support, and product quality and reliability. Those companies achieving the highest scores are rewarded with a Super Star, Star or Rising Star award.

Companies receiving a Vendor Achievement Award from PSA are not only recognized for a job well done, but they also gain many benefits such as structured feedback on the market’s perception of their products and service; promotion of their performance and equipment by PSA; increased sales; and greater visibility among PSA's more than 170 security dealers.
