1. Complete the required information

This warranty registration and survey are not related to rebate redemption. For rebate redemption, please follow the instructions on your rebate form.

2. Mail copy of valid proof of purchase

You should always retain your original proof of purchase for your records. You must present your dated proof of purchase that includes model number, serial number and price from an authorized Tamron USA retailer if you are in need of repair service and have not previously mailed a copy of the proof of purchase. It is recommended that you also retain the product box in the event your lens needs to be serviced.
