1. Complete the required information

We will provide you with a confirmation of warranty registration with your unique warranty ID number for your records upon successful submission of the required information. Please keep a copy of this confirmation with your original proof of purchase and print a 2nd copy for step 2 below. This warranty registration and survey are not related to rebate redemption. For rebate redemption, please follow the instructions on your rebate form.

2. Mail copy of valid proof of purchase

By mailing a copy of the warranty ID number confirmation sheet from step 1 above with a valid copy of proof of purchase-valid proof is a receipt from an authorized Tamron retailer that contains model number, serial number, price and date of purchase-we will update your warranty registration record with confirmed date of sale so that if the original receipt is lost, your complete warranty record will be on file with Tamron USA, Inc.. We will email you confirmation of the completion of your online warranty registration. You should always retain your original proof of purchase for your records. You must present your dated proof of purchase that includes model number, serial number and price from an authorized Tamron USA retailer if you are in need of repair service and have not previously mailed a copy of the proof of purchase. It is recommended that you also retain the product box in the event your lens needs to be serviced.
