(President & CEO: Shogo Sakuraba), a leading manufacturer of optics for diverse applications, announces that it has taken an equity position in the MPI-3 Investment Limited Partnership (hereinafter “the Fund”), which is a fund formed by MedVenture Partners, Inc. as a venture capital that specializes in investment in the area of medical devices.
